After having years of experience with contract negotiations and other forms of business relationships and litigation, Mr. Cojocar's office has opened up a new venture specifically dedicated to athlete, musician and entertainment personalities' representation, consultation, and management. This venture, known as Infinity Sports & Entertainment Management Group, Inc., will utilize the firm's resources, contacts and years of experience in representing athletes and entertainers alike, in virtually any type of situation that may be posed to them. These services will include, but certainly not be limited to, the following:

- Salary arbitration proceedings;

- Marketing and endorsement opportunities;

- Corporate marketing and/or corporate sponsorship sales;
- Licensing agreements and issues;

- Promotional marketing and sponsorship programs;

- Planning, construction, design, management, oversight, and promotion of golf developments, sports facilities, entertainment venues, and other related opportunities;
- General management and consulting duties for athletes, artists, entertainers, musicians, and others in these related fields.
Furthermore, Infinity is in the process of establishing various relationships with many local financial advisers, tax consultants, certified public accountants and others who will be able to supplement the services provided by Infinity for its representative clientele. This will include the capabilities of providing athletes, musicians, entertainers, television personalities, actors and actresses, and other clients with financial planning, investments strategies and management, insurance services, budget and long-range planning, tax coordination and filing, and virtually any financial need that each person may have.
Having been involved in and an ardent follower of sports, entertainment and music, Mr. Cojocar believes that Infinity will be able to provide the personal, yet professional and complete, representation, management and consulting for its clientele. Utilizing his extensive legal background, coupled with this love and extensive knowledge for sports and entertainment, should provide a perfect balance and fit for any athlete or entertainer's needs, desires and expectations.
