About Jeffery A. Cojocar

In 1993, Mr. Cojocar graduated magna cum laude from Wayne State University with a Bachelor of Arts in political science. He then attended Florida State University College of Law, receiving his Juris Doctor in 1995. For over 27 years, Mr. Cojocar has dedicated a large portion of his practice to litigation. He is a member of:

  • The State Bar of Michigan,

  • The Macomb County Bar Association

  • The Oakland County Bar Association.

In addition, Mr. Cojocar is admitted to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan and the United States Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit.

Over the last 27 years, Mr. Cojocar has handled thousands of cases ranging from homicide to divorce, and just about everything in between. He is a true authority in his field and is committed to providing the absolute best service possible to the people he represents. He extends that dedication to the legal community as well, sharing his experience and knowledge with others in seminars and presentations.

He remains a member of several legal organizations, including:

  • Criminal Defense Attorneys of Michigan

  • The Michigan Association for Justice

  • The American Association for Justice

  • The Institute of Continuing Legal Education.

Mr. Cojocar is also the author of an article on residential real estate transaction clauses which was published in the Michigan Bar Journal.
