About Jeffery A. Cojocar
In 1993, Mr. Cojocar graduated magna cum laude from Wayne State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, later earning his Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law in 1995. For more than 30 years, he has devoted his career to litigation and client advocacy across a wide range of complex legal matters.
Mr. Cojocar is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Macomb County Bar Association, and the Oakland County Bar Association. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for both the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
Throughout his career, Mr. Cojocar has represented clients in thousands of cases, from homicide and serious criminal charges to divorce, custody, and civil disputes. Recognized as an authority in his field, he is known for his thorough preparation, skilled advocacy, and unwavering commitment to securing the best possible outcomes for his clients. He frequently shares his experience and insight through professional seminars and continuing legal education programs.
In addition to his courtroom experience, Mr. Cojocar remains active in the legal community through his involvement with organizations such as the Criminal Defense Attorneys of Michigan, the Michigan Association for Justice, the American Association for Justice, and the Institute of Continuing Legal Education. He is also the author of a published article on residential real estate transaction clauses featured in the Michigan Bar Journal.
